Conan O'Brien

I'm sympathetic to the writers' strike, but Late Night with Conan O'Brien has been significantly better with the absence of scripting. Conan doing unscripted comedy is so much better than most (if not everything) the writers have contributed. It's gone from an occasionally-watch to a can't-miss.

Lately he's been riding a zipline through his audience wearing rocket shoes and smoking helmet. To pay for it, he has started wearing an Oscar-Mayer logo on his chest.
