Shrek the Third

We saw Shrek the Third over the weekend; contrary to a lot of reviewers, we liked it. Perhaps not as good as the first two, but I'd say it stands in their league.

My favorite character of the series is Eddie Murphy's Donkey. He's always so upbeat, and I love the way he delivers his lines. He's also the wise old man-type character, dispensing wisdom and putting the situation into perspective. My favorite part of the movie involves Donkey, possessed by Puss in Boots, trying to do a wide-eyed stare:



Sandy's favorite is the same but with Puss in Boots. She likes kitties.


I give Shrek the Third a 4/5.
